Six Reasons You Should Use the Ribblr App for Crocheters

🐸Ribblr is a free app for the crochet community that offers:

  1. Checklist-style patterns. Particularly for amigurumi patterns, it can be helpful to check off which rows of the pattern you have completed. I fail to repeat rows and lose count. Ribblr gives you the option to cross through completed pattern rows and sections.

  2. Free patterns. Ribblr designers often offer their patterns for free, especially when you follow their shop. Other patterns are available for a low cost or can be be won.  See gamefied features.

  3. Pattern tester opportunities. Periodically check the testing section of the app for testing opportunities. You get to be the first to try patterns. Learn how patterns are designed. Finally you get to interact with other crocheters and see their completed projects.

  4. Pattern designer opportunities. Ribblr is great for pattern designers because the community is actively responds to calls for testers, provides thorough feedback on how to improve patterns.

  5. Gamefied features. An icon shows your engagement level within the app. The app allows you to periodically feed Ribblr the frog, spin a wheel, and win app features including free patterns.

  6. Community. Best of all, for us introverts, there is an opportunity to interact with an amazing crochet community in a way that that does not drain our social batteries.
